The Medela Symphony breast pump is a hospital-grade pump available for home rental.

Includes: Medela Breast Pump Unit, Plastic Bottle Stand, AC Lead and Carry Case. For hygiene reasons purchase of a double kit is required when renting a Medela Symphony Breast Pump.

$150 deposit. $15 per week. FPMBA members only.

TERMS OF HIRE

I agree that all hired equipment remains the property of Frankston Peninsula Multiple Birth Association.

1. I acknowledge receipt of the Hired Equipment and agree that such Hired Equipment is hired only for the period specified. All items I have purchased are my property once payment in full for them has been made to Frankston Peninsula Multiple Birth Association.

2. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to return the hired equipment, in Hygienic and Undamaged condition to Frankston Peninsula Multiple Birth Association, at the end of the hire period I have paid for.

3. If any of the hired equipment is not returned to Peninsula Multiple Birth Association at the end of the hire period paid for, I agree to pay the hire cost per month specified in respect of such equipment until such time as it is returned.

4. If any of the hired equipment is damaged or lost during hire to me or is not returned at the end of the hire period paid for, I agree to pay to Frankston Peninsula Multiple Birth Association the FULL REPLACEMENT COST of that equipment.

5. Hired equipment is to be returned at the end of the hire period paid for to the address provided on pickup/delivery.

6. I agree to report any damage to equipment immediately to Frankton Peninsula Multiple Birth Association.
